Wonderful B&B! Mary and Michael are terrific hosts! Offering excellent advice on area activities and dining. We booked three rooms for two nights - all were clean and very comfortable with great attention to detail! The grounds are pretty and well-kept and the view of Brandon Bay is amazing with Beach just a short drive away. Mary's fresh baked muffins and scones at breakfast were delicious! There are many breakfast choices, all presented quite artistically try her fruit and yogurt creation...it was a work of art! Beenoskee B&B was a pleasure to visit!

We enjoyed our stay at Beenoskee very much. Mary and Micheal are very nice people! We arrived very early, because we were hiking and the rain had us totally wet, but even this was no problem and we were warmly welcomed by Mary. The breakfast and especially Mary's homebaking were delicious. Although the location is not quite perfect, if you don't have a car, we had no problems, because Micheal took care of us and gave us a lift. Thank you! We can definately recommend this B&B. And if we are going to take another trip to Ireland this will be one place to stay again! :

My wife and I thoroughly recommend this B&B. Mary, the owner, welcomed us on the afternoon of our arrival with a cup of tea and a slice of homemade fruit cake. The next morning we were offered a fantastic breakfast, the best we have had in Ireland. My wife had a plate of crepes with maple syrup and cream and fresh fruit salad, and I had scrambled eggs on smoked salmon. The location is stupendous, with views overlooking Ireland's longest sandy beach about 8km at Brandon Bay on the north coast of the Dingle peninsula. The beach is just across the road within easy walking distance. The area is in the Gaelic speaking district of Ireland. There are a couple of pubs at the nearby village of Cloghane with a good menu. Beenoskee is the name of the mountain situated just behind the B&B. It is the highest peak on the Dingle peninsula. The road in front of the B&B climbs up to the Connor Pass. It was a sunny day when we drove up, and we had glorious views of Brandon Bay on the north coast and Dingle on the south side of the peninsula.

We stayed a week with 3 persons in one room. Sure, it was small but not too small. We have a wardrobe and put our luggage under the bed or on top of the wardorbe. We enjoyed our stay and the warm welcome of Mary and Michael. We´ve got tips of what we can see in Dingle Peninsula. Mary is sooo kind: Everything is no problem!! The breakfast was great and delicious. We will come back ...The best accommodation we had in 2 weeks travelling around Ireland!

On reviendra!

We do not go to a B&B without being informed either by Guide Vert or by Guide du Routard 2 guidebooks in French among others that we have been using for the last 14 years in many countries. Regarding Beenoskee Guide du Routard very warm recommandation is totally justified, we have been warmly welcomed and everything was perfect.

If you're crossing the Conor Pass and need a B&B for the night, make it Mary Ferriter's Beenoskee in Stradbally. She and her husband Michael are the most welcoming hosts. The rooms are clean, well appointed and have beautiful views of the sea. Mary has the most extensive breakfast menu ever. We stayed there 9 years ago, and remembered the great hospitality. That's why we returned again, this time with our son and daughter-in-law.

We really enjoyed our stay at Beenoskee. Mary is a very enthousiastic person who welcomed us with tea and cake. She asked a taxi for us to go to the restaurant in Castlegregory, one of the best we had during our stay in Ireland. In the morning, she proposed us a varied breakfast that was highly appreciated by the 6 of us. Thank you, Mary!

Great welcome and an excellent breakfast. The location is also very good for exploring that side of the ring of Dingle. Perhaps a second chair in the bedroom would be an advantage when watching TV but it is a small matter.

A beautiful place to stay right between the mountains and the sea. We enjoyed it very much. Our hosts, Mary and Michael, are very friendly and attentive. They welcomed us with homemade chocolade cake and information about the Dingle peninsula. Our room was very cosy and the view of the sea so relaxing. For breakfast we could choose between a great variety of fine dishes all accompanied by homemade bread, scones, Guinesscake, banana-walnutcake and jam. We were lucky that the beach was within walking- distance. In the evening we enjoyed sitting at the fire in the lounche. We'll be back sometime.

One of our favorite places we stayed during our week long trip around Ireland. Mary and Michael were fabulous hosts, very friendly and you could tell that they enjoyed getting to know each of their guests. We had a beautiful view of the bay, the fields, the sheep and the cows from our room. The breakfast was delicious! Probably the best we had at any B&B our whole 2 week trip through the UK & Ireland- the smoked salmon and fresh fruit were simply perfect. We hope to make it back here again someday!
