B&B Reviews
Quayside Guesthouse overlooks a charming harbor in Dingle and is perfectly located for easy access to all the incredibly beautiful Dingle Peninsula has to offer. Although the rooms and baths are small this is a restored and converted stable they are clean and comfortable. Our family of 6 had four rooms. Our stay was made particularly memorable by the personal attention of Maurice Morris and his wife Theresa who made us lovely breakfasts to order every day and shared interesting stories of their family life in Ireland with good humor and great fun. They were also helpful with maps and travel advice. They made us so welcome that we felt as though we were visiting friends!

My family and I had a great time in Dingle, and the Quayside was great. The managing couple made it so personal and welcoming and downright funny! We loved it! My little room was perfectly quirky and extremely comfortable!

What a great location! Dingle town and peninsula were a high point of our trip, made even more special by our B&B hosts. The rooms were quirky, but adequate. Very laid-back and fairly sparse. There were si older Trevor in our group.,Our beds were comfortable and the shower hot. After staying at hotels, B&B's, and a rental property for three weeks, we have determine that Quayside was one of our favorites. Add a great breakfast with our entertaining host.

My wife and I spent 3 nights in Dingle and had an amazing time both in the town and the rest of the peninsula. The B&B was what we expected, nothing over the top but provided a comfortable bed, modest but functional bathroom and a VERY good breakfast full Irish breakfast. In particular, we also had great conversations with the innkeeper and wife. Room Tip: Get a view of the harbor

This was a nice place to stay, and our host helpful and courteous. Clean, tidy and comfortable although the toilet was a bit tight. Ideally placed with pubs and shops immediately to hand. Would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect place to stay in Dingle. The innkeepers are very helpful and nice, the breakfasts were very good, it's right across from the water, a short walk to many, many restaurants and pubs and live music, and very reasonably priced. With no rooms above we avoided the noise we had elsewhere in Irish B & Bs. We will stay here if we make it back.

This was our second stay at the Quayside in 4 years, and it was everything we remembered and MORE!! From the minute we walked into reception, Maurice and Theresa opened their arms and their hearts to us. We felt like we were home. Not only were they the perfect hosts, Maurice and Theresa were incredibly resourceful in helping us to enjoy our visit to the Dingle Peninsula. We are already planning our next trip to Ireland, Dingle, and of course Quayside.

Very hospitable, comfortable, and friendly stay! We stayed at Quayside in late December, and we had a fabulous time. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was both huge and delicious! Our hosts were extremely helpful and easy to talk to. The B&B is centrally located, and has a beautiful view. If we're ever back in Dingle, we are certainly staying here again. Otherwise, I recommend it to all travelers!

An absolutely delightful Guesthouse with a perfect location for touring the Dingle area. Maurice and Theresa are most welcoming and are so outgoing and helpful. They were a wealth of knowledge of things to see and do in the town and area. Would definitely recommend. Rooms are lovely as is the sitting and breakfast areas. Breakfast was over the top!

We stayed for two nights in mid September in the chariming B&B. It is perfectly located in Dingle for everything! The people who manage it are remarkably nice and very helpful with the local history and great ambassidors for Dingle and Ireland. The rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable. And enjoy the great full Irish breakfast!

Quayside is just a few rooms above a small retail building. The rooms were small, but clean. The showers had some mold at the bottoms. The staff was very nice and breakfast was excellent. So, in summary, the people were nice, the food was good, the rooms left something to be desired. Probably would look elsewhere. Pretty pricey for the quality of room, I thought.

there was a problem with the quayside guesthouse. Quayside hotel sent me a mail saying that, in order to arrange a group who wanted to stay all together, they toook 4 rooms for us at the Hillgrove Hotel. We accepted the deal and went to the Hillgrove. First, it was not the same location, it was a little out of the middle town! Because of no hot water we haven't been able to take a shower after hours of travel. One of my son had to change room because of the water and overall got stuck in it!! We booked for 2 nights and the day after it was always the same with hot water! I sent a mail to the Quayside guesthouse, Christine was her name, but she never answered to apologize or things like that. I'm very disapointed about her attitude. That's explain why i can't really give a review for the Quayside guesthouse

The Quayside B&B is a lovely place, small but sweet and comfortable rooms, familiar atmosphere and a great Irish breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay in Dingle! Recommendable!

Spent 3 nights here in Dingle attending a wedding. Location is excellent right in the centre of Dingle. Our room was clean and perfect for a B&B in the price range - bed was comfy and we had a lovely sea view. Hosts all very friendly, even when we lost our key and had to ring for another at 3.30 am!

This is a nice place to stay. The host was friendly and welcoming, and gave us some good advice about what to do and where to go during our stay. The room was cozy, clean, and charming. We didn't opt to have breakfast here, but we were served afternoon tea with cake; both of which were lovely.

The Quayside is a converted horse stable. The redo is very nice though plain and clean. Large Irish breakfast was served. The location was great and you couldn't miss it coming into down. It was neither my favorite nor my least favorite accommodation as I prefer some character with my room.

The Quayside B&B was very clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpfull. The food was also very good. The only negative part of our stay here was the lack of parking. We would recommend the Quayside if you are staying in Dingle

It was a pleasant stay. If you expect luxury, you had better not choose Quayside, but if you want a nice, comfortably situated B&B you are well advised to sty there. The rooms are not very big but clean and neat. Maurice and his wife are terribly nice and serve a really fine Irish breakfast. The only problem is that parking might become a little difficult, as the Quayside is situated at one of the main roads. HEre I would like to mention that noise was in no way a problem for me. All in all, I really enjoyed may stay.

The staff at Quayside welcomed us with tea/coffee/biscuits and casual conversation about our travels and what they enjoyed most about Dingle. The building itself has been beautifully converted from horse stables, so the rooms had unique ceiling lines & lots of natural light. Location cannot be beat, the breakfast was a great start to our day.
