B&B Reviews
We loved this guesthouse! Set in a lovely forested neighborhood a short way from town, we had a very large room with a view of the woodsy backyard. Breakfast was perfect and there were very friendly guests to talk to. Loved the big bath and the sweetest dog, and the very helpful hostess! Would definitely stay here again!

We only stayed one night but wish it was longer. We had a lovely room with a view over the trees to the river and Kemare town. The facilities were modern and clean. Our room was large and there was plenty of parking. Our host was very welcoming and helpful and we had a scrumptious breakfast overlooking the gardens. Highly recommended. The B&B was a wonderful place to stay. We only had one night but would love to return and stay longer and get to know the area. The views were lovely and the rooms very clean and tidy.

Beautiful location with views over Kenmare bay, warm welcome from Noreen and her gorgeous dog Belle. Clean and comfortable accommodation, fabulous power shower. Early breakfast accommodated as we were taking part in the Ring of Beara, also safe housing for our bikes and a quick cycle to the start line or the option to join the cycle from the house as it sits on the Beara side of the bridge. Very convenient for walking into town for a nice meal and some drinks no need for the car. Great value! Highly recommend!

Watersedge Guesthouse was a lovely place to stay. The proprietor, Noreen, and her new dog, Belle, were warm and welcoming. There's a secret path through the woods in back of the house, down to a bridge and into the town, making a stay in Kenmare even more fun. We would enthusiastically recommend a stay here.

What a great place to relax and take a break from the hectic business of traveling. I absolutely loved the solitude. Noreen was wonderful and made me feel right at home. I was going to arrive late and called to tell her. She was going out for the evening and made arrangements for me to let myself in. I was greeted by Bella, Noreen's dog. I just felt like I was visiting with relatives. I couldn't have been more comfortable. Wateredge is a little out of the way, but the signs are well posted and the view of the water is magnificent! I would love to come back for another visit.

Fabulous views from a warm, comfortable room. Beautiful bathroom, huge luxurious bed and central heating. Noreen also provides excellent advice and care as well as a top notch breakfast. A short, pretty walk to town and then back to the peace of the harbour. It even has Belle the happy puppy if you are feeling dog deprived.

We were warmly welcomed and made comfortable after a long drive. The B&B is not in the heart of town, so a car is recommended for those who don't like to hike. That said, the views of the Kenmare River and valley are beautiful, and the breakfast room is situated to take advantage of them. There's also a large deck overlooking the river. The breakfast was ample, with a buffet for cereals, juice, etc., and a choice of hot foods. One of us had perfectly fluffy scrambled eggs and the other a nicely done omelet. The room was well-appointed and the bed was comfortable. Good place for a quiet night with a short drive to town.

Exceptional value for money! Very nice host, excellent breakfast, very spacious and comfortable room. The only little downside is that it is a bit far away from the city centre by foot, but this is mostly compensated by the very nice view on the lake.

Very nice location, only a short walk from Kenmare town centre. The hostess Noreen was very friendly and the rooms were clean and big enough, comfortable beds and a good breakfast. The town of Kenmare is very lovely with a lot of pubs with good food and drinks.

We spent 2 nights at the Watersedge and found it a very friendly and well-run B&B, also being most convenient to Kenmare, Ring of Kerry and Beara Peninsula. We would heartily recommend the Watersedge.

Nice room and property. Unfortunately it was raining when we were there, so couldn't enjoy the outdoors. Out of town, but just a short walk across the river to get dinner. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay when visiting KENMARE and traveling the ring of Kerry. Noreen was gracious and attentive. The room was perfect, large, great views of harbor, and large bathroom. Everything was clean and there is a lovely comfortable stting area you can enjoy while checking your email. There is also good WIFI access in the rooms as well. We enjoyed the walk into town, which was only about 15 mins.

Your B&B was lovely. I cannot make any suggestions. We stay at another B&B and yours was so much better. I would recommend your B&B to everyone. I hope we can come again. I believe we stayed with you on Sept 3rd but I do not have my notes.

Very sweet accommodation for one night. Rooms are clean and neat as a pin. Much pride goes into running this quaint B&B. Mazy is very kind and cooks a great breakfast. Signage and directions make finding the place very easy after a long day's travels.

We really enjoyed our stay at Watersedge. The host was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Our room was nice and spacious, overlooking Kenmare bay. It was a pity that the weather was too bad for sitting on the veranda. You find books and DVDs in the sitting-room I liked the ones about Irish History but there are others too. Our host recommended a pub where we enjoyed delicious food and live music after a short walk to town Thank you for the torch!. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. We were sorry we had to leave.Next time we would stay there for several days.
