Stayed here for a couple of nights in March. Was a great place to stay, very central, clean and would highly recommend. Patricia made us most welcome and was a great host. Breakfast was plentiful and very homely. Patricia gave us lots of information and helped us have a brilliant stay in Swords. Our friends stayed in a local hotel but we definitely had the better deal. Will stay here again without a doubt.

We had an excellent overnight on Friday 13th November. Patricia had arranged a key for our arrival from the airport. Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed a hearty breakfast and good chat on the Saturday morning. We will definitely be calling again!

I found Tirconaill B&B to be an excellent place to stay. Starting with a warm welcome from Patricia, everything about this B&B was first class. The location was perfect, within a few steps of fine restaurants, bars and great shopping. In addition to being close to Dublin airport, there is very convenient bus service to the center of Dublin very close to the property. I will be back on my next visit to Ireland.

The landlady was very nice and friendly, The room was small but well appointed and clean. It was a Saturday night and there was a lot of loud noise in the street outside late at night as the pubs and nightclubs closed. . Being near the town center is not always a good thing. It is very close to the airport which is why we stayed there, about 10 mins away.

A great location in Swords, close to the Airport and good transport into Dublin city. Patricia was the most obliging hostess ever, even when we were an hour late arriving, and then provided a breakfast to suit any taste. Completely up to date on what's happening around the place, where to go and how to get there. A comfortable, very clean room and plenty of car parking space. Recommend Tirconaill to anybody visiting Dublin.

Tirconaill is in the heart of Swords. There are restaurants, a mall, and sites to see. We even got a SIM card at the 3 store in the mall to use during our vacation. Patricia is a lovely lady and tries her best to make you feel at home. We stayed at Tirconaill two different times in Sept and Oct. First time we had the back room and it was very quiet. However, we needed more room so the next time we stayed in the front room on 2nd floor. This better suited us and had lots of room. Patricia is so welcoming that I feel we have a new "friend" in Ireland. Thank you Patricia for everything and for taking such good care of us.

Warm welcome from Patricia on our arrival and departure holiday dates made us feel at home. Very comfortable rooms, soft linen and plenty of towels. Lovely selection for buffet breakfast and the only B&B with smoked salmon to put on our soda bread in the morning. Only a few minutes from Dublin airport. Tirconnail is perfect for short or long stays and we look forward to staying when in Dublin next.

Although the room was more than cozy, we enjoyed our stay. Clean linens, spotless room and great shower made us not mind the lack of space. A varied choice of breakfast food well presented and a delightful host added to our good experience. It was a great location near family, shopping, dining and public transport.

Beautifully kept up, clean and homey. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Right across from a large shopping mall. Convenient to busses, Patricia called a cab for us, when needed. Amazing restaurants right down the street. And then the breakfasts cooked to perfection by Patricia. not to mention the en suite for every room.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Tirconaill. It is conveniently located by shopping, the airport, and a great pub called the Old School House. As far as the B&B itself, we had a very nice stay: comfy bed, clean room, TV, and a nice continental breakfast though full Irish is also available. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay by the airport or just on holiday.

We were returning guests to Tirconaill B&B and were not disappointed this time either. B&B is just in the best location just opposite Pavillion shopping centre and close to bus stops. House is clean and room comfortable. We had to leave early because of our flight so Pat brought us sandwiches the previous night with some yoghurt. So all was good, will be staying there again definately!

What a lovely welcome to Ireland! Arrived at 7:30 am not expecting room ready, just to drop bags but were invited inside and given tea, coffee and breads while sitting in front of a fire in the living room as none of the shops were open that early. Patricia is an excellent host and had our room ready by the time we finished our tea. She is also an awesome cook and the full Irish breakfast was delightful. Comfy bed, great location, what more could one ask!

I havent actually stayed in this B & B YET, but I definately intend to in the future. I contacted Patricia whilst looking for somewhere to stay for a night next month but she was fully booked, but the bother she went to trying to get me sorted out was so good. She even sent me a no of a taxi company to use when I need to call one from the airport, as coming from N Ireland I would not be familiar with any of the taxi firms in Dublin, - and im sure like anywhere else there would be some rip offs out there lol. So, now I woulld love to stay with Patricia as I would imagine she is a very nice person.

We began a trip around the Island at Patricia's lovely B&B and had the good fortune to end it there as well. The rooms are small but contain everything you might need, and the size of the rooms is overshadowed by the warm welcome, wonderful breakfasts and genuine delightful hospitality we were shown from the first greeting to the last hug goodbye. The B&B was so convenient to the Airport and within a very short walk to the bus stop which was great to use to get into Dublin. Patricia recommended a great restaurant, the Old Schoolhouse, which was. She was extremely accommodating and made sure our breakfast was ready early so we could make our flight with time to spare. We highly recommend this very pleasant B&B.

Great location - right outside of downtown. 10 euro taxi ride from the airport with easy access to bus stop to get to downtown Dublin. Patricia is extremely friendly, helpful, and flexible. She was willing to work with our last minute change in schedule due to flight issues, and welcomed us at the crack of down with a smile on her face and breakfast. She also helped us schedule an early morning taxi ride to the airport for our departure. Highly recommend Tirconaill, and I'm looking forward to staying there again on the next trip!

Every time i visit Dublin i try to book with Patricia in Tirconail. She is very welcoming and friendly and tries to find me a room in her lovely house. The rooms are always warm cosy and very clean which i really appreciate. The breakfast is excellent. The location can't be any better, close to shopping centre and very central, close to the bus station but still not noisy at all. Patricia is generally very helpful. I recommend this B&B highly!!!! Have now had the pleasure of staying at Tirconaill twice in the last month. Patricia was an absolutely amazing host where nothing was too much trouble. Food was delicious and plentiful. The room was lovely......both spotlessly clean and a bed that was pure comfort. Located in the centre of Swords it was an ideal base for getting around. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely home and the room, although small, was very well appointed and spotless. The house was a 2 minute walk to downtown and a huge shopping centre was right across the street. We ate at a lovely restaurant called Essence Bistro where the service and food was excellent. As we were catching an early flight, there was no time for breakfast, but the owner was kind enough to leave a take-out snack by our door in the morning. You can't beat Irish hospitality!

We booked a night at Tirconaill B&B fairly last minute, but were able to get a room for the night. It is the perfect place for a first night or a last night in the outskirts of Dublin. It is close to the airport, comfortable beds, friendly hosts. We were happy to see that they had ample parking as well. Its right across the street from the shopping center which makes it easy to find as well. Very happy with our stay here.

I had to stay in Dublin last Saturday night and after finding it hard to get a place to stay I happen to come across a gem of a B&B i Sword. The “Tír Connaill” B&B is the place to stay, very comfortable, very friendly, and within two minutes walk to Sword village. Patricia the owner is so nice and knows very well how to looks after her guests. The breakfast was top class. I have stayed in many places all over the Country between Hotels and Guests Houses and I can honestly say that Tír Chonaill B&B is up there with the very best of them. Bhí orm fanacht i mBaile Átha Cliath thar an deireadh seachtaine agus tar eis tamall maith ag imeacht thart ag lorg loistín tháinig me ar theach B&B “Tír Connaill” i Sord Cholmcille gar do Aerfort Bhaile Átha Cliath, mar a deir muid i dteanga na Gaeilge bhí an teach loistín seo “ar fheabhas ar fad” Iontach amach is amach. My wife and I arrived late in the day with no reservation for the nite. Patricia took us in and the following morning provided us with a great Irish breakfast. We had reservations for the next two days at a different B & B but didn't know where in Swords it was located. After our great breakfast Patricia got in her car and we followed her to her competitors B & B. Patricia is a very gracious and very personable lady. Her B & B is centrally located near everything in Swords and is extremely clean. On our next trip to Ireland we will definitely stay with Patricia. Lorraine/Andy Hoffman

My Sister and I have stayed at Triconaill on a couple of occasions, and each time, from the moment we arrived, to our departure, we were extremely pleased with all the facilities offered by our Hostess Patricia...The rooms were spotless and provided everything we required. The dining, and Lounge areas were very comfortable, and meals very enjoyable. The "not standing on Ceremony" ethos that Patricia provided, made our weekend stay extra special. The location of the Triconaill meant we could easily access Tourist attractions and amenities within the area. We would not hesitate to recommend Triconill to anyone. In fact, several of our friends, on our recommendation, have stayed at Triconill, and enjoyed their Dublin trips......Many thanks Patricia...

Hi everybody. Tirconaill B&B is the best adress , the best place for come in to Ireland or to leave it. I was there with my 23year old daughter in May 2013. We felt very well in the fine and clean room, and it was not a problem to get a two single bedroom. Patricia is a very nice person and her aim was to keep us feel well and the breakfeast was more than enough . My advice ..don´t look for another B&B to start or to leave Dublin/Ireland.
