Our stay at Heaton's was a real treat. They were able to accommodate our specific needs and were very pleasant to work with. The beds were the most comfortable of our trip; the rooms were lovely and spacious. The location was quiet and pretty and just close enough to everything. The breakfast was a special treat and far beyond any expectations. Heaton's was superior in both bed and breakfast and we hope to return.

Everything about Heaton's is done right and the highest quality. The house is furnished beautifully and guests get an impression on arrival that the place will be special. We were greeted immediately by our host Cameron and made to feel welcome. Our habit is to arrive late after a day on the road, we had come from Dublin, and this was no problem at all. This B&B is larger than most and really a small inn or hotel, but the feel was intimate in the way of a B&B and very comfortable. The room was nicely furnished. The bed was big and comfortable an important item for us and the bathroom was modern, clean, lighted by a skylight and stocked with anything we might need. We spent most of one rainy afternoon in the room and were perfectly content. The food at Heaton's was excellent. The options for breakfast were far beyond what can be found at most B&Bs. Anything from Eggs Benedict several ways, to omelettes and the Full Irish all of the best quality. Cameron mentioned to us that his son and daughter were both chefs. It was not hard to believe. Each day a homemade chocolate cake is put out at tea time and this is a real treat. The house is a 10 minute walk to the heart of Dingle town. This was erroneously notated in guidebooks as 15 minutes or more. We timed it to the tourist information office at the pier several times and it is no more than 10 minutes at an easy pace. This makes the location accessible to town if you don't want to drive and far enough down the road to be nice and quiet at night. Our stay at Heaton's was enjoyable in every way and would be our choice again on a trip to Dingle.

Heaton's was absolutely lovely! We stayed for one night and we wished we had booked more. We were greeted by Cameron, who was so friendly and warm. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and made it difficult to leave!! The breakfast provided was the best we had our whole trip. There was a huge buffet spread that was delicious, and I initially, very happily assumed that WAS breakfast, but they also have a good amount of cook to order menu options, which were even more scrumptious. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, I know the next time we come to Ireland, Heaton's is on our list of places to stay.

This was a great little B&B. Location is perfect, with an easy walk into town, and nice views of the harbour. The breakfast is amazing. We had the best room in the house, on the end of the 1st floor 2nd floor American, with a nice balcony with a scenic view. Thanks! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Very nice place. Not right down town in Dingle but not a bad walk and away from all of the noise and the bars etc. Nice view of the bay out of the front door and within walking distance of the pitch and put a nice diversion as well as the marina. B+B staff was very friendly and very helpful with driving directions for our drive to our next destination. Overall, nicely appointed room. Breakfast was very good and service was very good to excellent. I would recommend Heaton's highly.

Heatons is a beautifully appointed B&B just outside of Dingle town but a very easy walk to the center of the action. Dave and his team have put together a great facility with probably the best food we had on our travels through Ireland. The Nespresso, tea and CHOCOLATE CAKE is a special treat for tea time! Everyone was so nice, the general area comfortable and room gorgeous that shower--WOW! and the view onto Dingle Harbour in front is lovely. We will return!

This is the perfect place to stay in Dingle. Out of the city centre, but close enough to walk. The view of the bay is extraordinary. I was met by Jackie, the chef and she had just set out afternoon snacks of Chocolate Cake and tea or coffee. YUMMY!!! She showed me to my room, that had kind of a sea view. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Jackie is truly amazing. Alma and Linda are the servers at breakfast and are very friendly, with good advice on what to see and where to go. I loved staying at Heatons and really enjoyed meeting everyone. Can't wait to see you all again!

Heaton's was lovely in everyway. We arrived after a very long day of traveling and felt so welcome. Our rooms were clean, quiet and nicely furnished. Heaton's is well located, right on the water, quiet, but just a short walk to Dingle. Breakfast was spectacular, hands down, the best of anywhere that we stayed on our tour through Ireland. I can recommend Heaton's without any qualification or hesitation. If we ever return to Dingle, we would certainly want to stay there again.

It was wonderful to be back at lovely Heatons for the third time in four years. We are very grateful to Cameron who expressed such gracious concern and helped when I became very ill from food poisoning from an egg salad sandwich in Tralee. I was able to drive to Hayfield Manor in Cork, and stayed an extra night there because I was too ill to drive to the Wicklow mountains where we forfeited an overnight stay there. We are now in southern Iceland and continue to recuperate. Our very best to Cameron, Nualia and David,

We loved our stay at Heatons and would highly recommend it. Our room Jr. Suite was beautifully furnished & decorated, quiet and very comfortable. The hot, made-to-order breakfast included was incredibly tasty and worthy of five stars by itself. The self-service coffee, tea and homemade chocolate cake in the lobby each afternoon was an unexpected and decadent treat. Cameron and his staff made us feel at home, and the view and location a quick 5min walk to town were unbeatable. A lovely experience all around.

Simply outstanding!! The property was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and immaculate. The breakfast was beyond amazing!! I would definitely stay here again if I ever found myself in Dingle. The only slight negative was the distance from town. Many of the reviews and possibly the Heaton's website itself indicated that the property was a five minute walk from town. The walk was probably about 15 minutes. Not too far, but still a good ways after an evening at the pubs.

Heaton's Guesthouse lived up to the excellent reviews! We stayed one night in a junior suite, which was massive and had great views of the bay. The room was very comfortable and included a very nice bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate stand up shower. Breakfast was amazing with a large buffet spread and excellent made-to-order dishes. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Mr. Heaton was very helpful in recommending places to visit as well as good restaurants and pubs in the area. Heaton's is ideally located just off Slea Head Drive and a short walk from the town center in Dingle with all the shops and pubs. Very disappointed we didn't get to spend more time at Heatons and any return trip to Ireland will include a lengthy stay!

I had stayed at the Heaton's Guesthouse 9 years ago it was great. When a group of us were going to Ireland for vacation my one request was to go back to The Heaton's Guesthouse, even though it was nowhere near where we were staying. We drove over 3 hours just to stay and it was definitely worth it. We had planned to stay one night we ended up staying 2. The breakfast is unbelievable and included in the price. The rooms are very nice. We stayed in Room 8 it had a balcony overlooking the water. It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk into the town of Dingle. If I ever get back to Ireland I will definitely stay there again.

We had eight wonderful nights which meant eight amazing breakfasts at Heaton's. We arrived late afternoon, just in time for our first piece of incredible chocolate cake and a cup of tea. The room was lovely, and it, and all the facility so very well maintained. Breakfast was truly a treat! Each morning's choice was a winner. We stayed at Heatons for two nights at the beginning of June 2015. The location and the accommodation are excellent, which is probably what dictates the price. David was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and even phoned a few of them to make us a reservation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, but with one exception. One of the reasons we booked Heatons, was because of the breakfasts they offered. However, this turned out to be our only problem. As I was taking part in an event, I never had breakfast on my first morning, but was looking forward to it the next morning. When the waitress asked us what we wanted, I never asked for a full breakfast, just some bacon, sausage and egg, but also asked if I could have some waffles. What a mistake! I was told I could only have one choice, and that she could not go into the kitchen with two requests. I was told that once I finished I could ask for the waffles and she would see what she would do. This was very embarrassing, so much so that I decided not to ask. Also, during breakfast we even overheard the staff talking about the person who wanted two breakfasts. I'm sorry, but we couldn't get out quick enough. This incident did spoil our stay.

This was our first time to stay at Heatons Guesthouse and we were not disappointed. Exactly location within walking distance to the town and great views out over the water. The guesthouse is maintained to a high standard and very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and efficient. The highlight is probably the excellent breakfast served every morning which is of high quality and meets every possible taste. A very enjoyable staff overall.

Wonderful B & B~ very welcoming, terrific cooked to order breakfast, and lovely people. Big bedrooms with large bathrooms, very clean. Our daughter had to stay at another B & B Heatons was sold out but chef David told us to have her come and have b-fast with us, at no charge. Wonderful place, will definitely return to stay on our next trip to Dingle, which I hope is soon. Great location overlooking the bay! A must stay while you're in Dingle!

A wonderful place to stay. Hosts are very hospitable and accommodating to your needs. Breakfasts are truly the best with a wide selection from a menu and a la carte. Rooms are well appointed, comfortable, spacious with a view of the water. Perfect location to walk into Dingle town or stroll/bike/drive the Slea Head.

We had a wonderful stay at Heatons Guesthouse and it definitely lives up to the excellent reviews we read before our stay. The staff are extremely friendly, the service is excellent and the rooms are beautifully clean and comfortable. The breakfast menu is outstanding with more choice than I have seen at any other guesthouse or hotel. We had something different each day of our three day stay and everything was excellent!

We had a fabulous trip to Dingle and a wonderful stay at Heaton's Guesthouse. Would love to come back and stay longer. View was lovely, breakfast was amazing, the Heaton's were very helpful in arranging tours and transportation, beds were comfortable, and everyone was very friendly. It is just a great place to relax and have a beautiful time. And David Heaton's pancakes were the best EVER. We have not stopped raving about this place. First-rate. We are so very happy to have chosen Heatons Guesthouse. We also think hindsight is perfect 20/20, we would have checked out earlier a night or two from our previous 2.5 star place. There isn't enough room to say how much we 2 couples LOVED not only our accommodations, but the welcoming greetings from Cameron, David and meeting Nuala was a gift for me personally. Dingle village is a 6 minute walk for any flavour of restaurant you wish to enjoy: Murphy's iconic ice cream parlour, we enjoyed An Canteen 2 nights in a row service and "DEE-licious" food, ambiance, plentiful and affordable sustainable sourced ingredients!!!" Our rooms were side by side, recently refurbished overlooking the beautiful gardens. Comfortable, well appointed with a pichet of water, glasses, TV, coffee/kettle/cups, quiet, private. Bliss. Pride of ownership, Pride of service delivery is exceptional at Heatons. The surrounding drives, curving in and out of history: Slea head, Connor Pass, side streets, sheep, cows, visitors, locals with such hospitality is the best we have ever received. Look no further, Heaton's is your #1 choice. David is a chef, the breakfasts are so fresh and prepared in house with mum Nuala. Leave room for the soda and brown breads, the scones.... my pancakes were the best ever. You will have fresh hot tea or coffee, egg dishes, the bread pudding oh my!!! Fruit in season, cheese plate, 19+ items to select from, exquisite settings, all together yet private too. The foyer and sitting area is welcoming, have a seat with your wine, beer, tea tray, whatever, you will linger in comfort. The entire staff at Heaton's is a perfect example of Hospitality.

I loved staying at Heaton's Guesthouse. It was the perfect combination of class and comfort. We were welcomed warmly and taken care of very well. In June 2014 I stayed with a group of friends at Heatons. The rooms are luxurious, the breakfast superb and the view is as you see it in the photo. Just a few blocks from shops and restaurants on a road with a sidewalk, which made town accessible without the accompanying noise at 1am. Our hosts were lovely and helpful with advice and logistical support -- including providing a terrific early breakfast the day we departed at 5:45am! Can't wait to come back!

We enjoyed a comfortable night's stay in this lovely guesthouse situated right on the bay. Hosts were congenial, and the breakfast in the cozy breakfast room was wonderful, with interesting, well-prepared dishes on the menu. It was relaxing to eat while looking out on the changing tides in the bay. Also an easy walk into town for shops and restaurants and a short distance to start the drive around Dingle Peninsula.

You can't do better than Heaton's. These folks have hospitality down to an art form. From booking to arrival, it was easy and smooth. Upon arrival, we were made to feel very welcome and the house itself is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, comfortably appointed with a tea and coffee making tray in each room. The views from the rooms are just stunning and the location is ideal: close enough to walk to shops, restaurants and pubs but removed just enough for quiet enjoyment. The breakfasts are indescribably perfect. Superb menu, fresh ingredients and creatively planned and executed. Everything about our stay at Heaton's was perfect. I won't stay anywhere else in Dingle on future visits and have already recommended Heaton's to several friends and family members.

Heaton's was heavenly. The welcome was simple and warm. Rooms, we booked a double and a family room, were beautiful, pristine, elegant with an unbelievably great view. The breakfast was of such a high quality and wide mouth watering choice, that on our first morning, we took as long to choose as we did to eat. Certainly the reputation is deserved. We all hope to create an opportunity to return.

What a find! I booked this trip for myself and friends and did not know what to expect. We were so surprised at how wonderful Heatons was as we generally do not do B&B's. David was just a joy to talk to and his breakfast was wonderful but best of all was the location. This has to be one of the most beautiful places on earth.Loved the town of Dingle. The only hitch was trying to get some help from Davids father, he acted a little like he did not want to be bothered. All in all we will have to try another B&B after this exoerience because Heatons was so nice.

This guest house was ideal for our 2 night stay. The proprietor was available when we checked in and gave us helpful hints for our very early check out 6:30am. Our stay was completely hassle-free. What was most impressive was its stylish decor, clean setting, modern appliances, proximity to 'downtown,' and location relative to the Dingle Peninsula Loop technically, the loop starts here. We found ideas for night-time entertainment at the front desk and attended music concerts on both nights. The breakfast - the full Irish - was the best we had in Ireland. It was delicious. It also allowed us to go until dinner without feeling hungry. We would absolutely stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dingle.

Our room had a great view of the bay and was comfortable and well furnished. The staff was very helpful and attentive to all our needs. Upon arrival, David booked a guide to take us on a private tour of the Dingle peninsula for our second day and provided a map on which he marked a number of dinning establishments for us to consider. After having read all of the revues on Heaton`s we decided that it was the kind of guest house that we would like to stay in Dingle,it exceeded all of the expectation`s and clearly any body wishing to visit Dingle should experience whilst on holiday,Neulah and David were brilliant when it came to suggestion`s as where to visit whilst with them and we wished that we had opted for a longer stay, they gave full directions regarding our next stage of our journey around the ring of Kerry which just has to be done by anybody visiting the area, when we booked we were not aware that Heaton`s had been awarded a Michelin star rating of which it has several, the family take pride and the breakfast is unbielievable, more than set,you up for your day,it is also so close to the centre of Dingle you do not need to use your car, well done and keep up the good work,we expect to return again doing the the Dingle Penisular only place we will be staying HEATON`s,PS.If you have children and we did`nt go and take a trip to see the Dolphin

Heatons Guesthouse was a lovely respite. It is a short walk from town and, therefore, quiet. Breakfast was of the highest quality and delicious. We took one of the more expensive rooms which was extremely spacious and comfortable with a water view. Our host was quite helpful with suggestions for sightseeing on a rainy, blustery day when our planned boat tour was not practical. Everything was easy, from parking to plenty of outlets for charging, and free and adequate wifi in our room. We loved our stay and would absolutely return to Heatons.
