Dunlavin House was priced just right.
Denise responded to my inquiry quickly.
The B & B is located near town with a spectacular view right out through the harbor.
Denise is the most wonderful host---serving super breakfasts, giving us advice on local activities. She is a very friendly & caring host.
The B & B is clean and modern with comfortable beds, great showers and a lovely setting.

Dunlavin House is a fantastic stopover on what turned out to be our favorite town to visit this trip to Ireland. Our innkeeper was fantastic, very attentive to our needs and filled with information about the town and surrounding area. Our room was lovely and had a great view of Dingle bay. Our breakfast was individually prepared and served in a beautiful room overlooking a lovely garden. We really could not have asked for more in a B and B.

Super friendly, great location from city centre. Denise was wonderful. It was my first time at a B&B and it was very cozy. I did hear the neighbors' conversations late at night, which is not so great when you are trying to sleep and wake up early. But it was overall a good stay.

Denise greeted us warmly when we arrived and showed us around her lovely home. We decided to unwind with a glass of wine on her outside patio which had a view over her beautifully manicured garden to Dingle Harbour. The breakfast which was served in the sun room was the best we had during our stay in Ireland. We even told Denise that we would return on our next trip.

Denise is a great host. The location at the beginning of the Slea Head drive just outside of Dingle town is perfect. Nice and quiet with great views of the amazing Dingle country side. Denise has lots of beautiful flowers growing right outside her lovely home. We really enjoyed our time at her beautiful B&B!

Fantastic
From the minute our lovely owner Denise opened the door and greeted us with her lovely smile I knew we were in good hands .Denise made us feel so welcome and showed us to a lovely room with views of Dingle Bay .The bed and breakfast is 2kms from town but this adds to the lovely quiet setting .The breakfasts were cooked to order and were hearty. Denise also runs a small coffee shop at the side of the house so if your lucky you can try her amazing coffee cake .we look forward to returning again .
thanks for a lovely time

My wife and I stayed at Dunlavin House in late November. We found The house and grounds to be a lovely place. Denise is welcoming, friendly, and informative. I particularly enjoyed her full Irish breakfast and my wife enjoyed strolling the grounds and the local cemetery across the street. The walk into Dingle town is short, scenic, and relaxing. We will visit Dunlavin House and Dingle again and again

Everything was lovely! Spacious and comfortable. More like a personalized small hotel. Breakfast was the best we had in all the Ireland B&Bs: fresh berries, scones, tea breads and a variety of hot choices including the full Irish breakfast.
Dunlavin is very close to Dingle town. Although the sidewalk doesn't extend that far, it is walkable during the day if you like. Denise has lovely gardens and the view is very nice. Very peaceful! Great choice!

The B&B was lovely. The room is large, comfy, clean, quiet, beautiful yard. very good and generous breakfast buffet.
The wifi doesnt work upstairs but that might have been a tempy problem. The location requires a car if you want to go into Dingle .Highly recommended.

This is a great place to stay. The room was comfy and warm and the atmosphere was terrific. The location put it just outside the busy part of Dingle but still close enough that it only took a few minutes walk to be right back in the middle of town. The service was excellent and we truly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for two nights recently at the Dunlavin. The accommodations, the food, and the company were all excellent, and Denise, despite the fact that her arm was in a cast, could not have been a more gracious hostess. If you plan on visiting Dingle a great city, you would do well to stay at the Dunlavin.

We absolutely loved staying at Dunlavin House! We had only booked one night in Dingle, but after a great afternoon in town and at the B&B, we wished we had booked a second evening. Breakfast was delicious and our hostess was very welcoming and friendly! We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly atmosphere.

Charming high quality B&B. Large rooms, nice braekfast area and a small lounge perfect for reading, writing post cards, etc. It's outside of Dingle Town at the route to Slea Head. About 15 minutes walk to the center of Dingle.

Beautiful view from this clean and friendly B&B. Quiet location just out of town. Best shower thus far on our trip. Only regret was that we couldn't get a bed built for two on this bank holiday weekend. We had two comfortable singles pushed together. We would stay here again happily but would take care to book earlier to get the bed we wanted.

Of all the B&B's we stayed in while in Ireland this was by far our favorite; and yet we loved all but one. At Dunlavin House we were treated to a beautiful surprise. The room was so bright and homey, with a view of the harbor out the big window of the room The Lounge for guests had very comfortable furniture for relaxing outside the guest room; with local magazines and books by Irish authors Denise was warm and friendly and very accommodating Breakfast was delicious especially the home baked fresh scones each morning Denise also gave us some wonderful insights to the coast and it high points, which were dead-on Thank you Denise, our stay was very memorable
