Very nice room. Hosts are very pleasant. The rooms are on the upper floor. No rooms on main level. Close to the downtown area. The view is beautiful from your room. Only complaint was the time we had to set for the breakfast.

A very enjoyable, if chilly, stay in Duncannon. The owners were very helpful and pleasant.

Lovely place. We stopped here having got off the ferry to Rosslare. Clean and welcoming. Great breakfast. We stayed in one of the double rooms overlooking the beach. Amazing beach and fantastic views. Duncannon is a great place to stay for a night: a pretty village with holiday charm, a couple of lively pubs and of course, a fab beach.

Warm friendly welcome - beautiful first floor room with sea view - dining room also on first floor with facilities for making tea and coffee etc, bowl of fruit, biscuits, for guests to help themselves.
Breakfast consisted of ham, cheese, fruit, cereal and full menu of cooked breakfast of your choice. Excellent B&B. It was a pity we were only able to stay one night. Would fully recommend it to anybody.

What a beautiful setting for a B&B. One of the best we have used in the world. Highly recommend this facility. Lounge area comfortable, beds perfect, bathroom clean. No complaints' just praises.

It was in a lovely location. Eric and Dympna were excellent hosts and we had a great break. Very good for catching the early morning ferry from Rosslare to Pembroke too which is what we needed.

My wife and I stayed at Seashells on September 16, 2014. The en suite room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The B & B is situated right on the long sandy beach as shown in the picture. It is a short walk to a good local pub for supper.

We had a wonderful time. The B&B is right on the strand, we were oh so lucky to have warm weather for our entire stay. There is nothing like taking a walk on the beach in the morning or watching horses exercising in the water at the end of the day.
Our room and bathroom were spotless and we had a great view of the ocean. Dympna and Eric were gracious hosts, Eric makes a great breakfast and if you listen closely you can hear him singing while he is preparing the food. He can carry a tune.
We hope to return soon.

Too expensive for a place on the beach which you can't acces directly and a breakfast where nearly everything comes out of a plastic packaging. The place is not bad but compared to the amiability and loving attention of other B&Bs it's overprized.
To go to the beach you have to go out the front door walk down the street and then you reach the beach. This is very strange because they have a balcony with stairways to the beach. But you can't use it because it's their privat balcony. But the rooms are nice and big and clean.

We stayed at Seashells after our flight from Australia on the 4th of July. The hospitality shown us by Dympna and Eric was superb. Happy to recommend Seashells to anybody, great location as well an added bonus. Kevin & Julie Jones.
