Nice b&b, but not personal. clean rooms, vieuw on a 4 m high wall, just outside room! breakfast ok. stunning vieuws from breakfast room and sitting room. Lots of problems in bathroom shower leaking, toilet wobbling when sitting on it, no light over sink...Pascale - Belgium (September, 2018)
My partner Tony and I stayed here Saturday 15th September, I have to say what a beautiful place overlooking the beach. Great breakfast served by a lovely friendly lady, Sammys Restaurant, great food and lovely feel to it. We will definitely be staying here again. Memories really will last a lifetime. xxxxx Tracy J YorkshireTracy Jennings - United Kingdom (September, 2017)
A wonderful B&B of 10 rooms, with more to be added during their winter 2017 extensions. Modern and solidly constructed in concrete and brick, so very quiet and comfortable at night. The common room and dining room have wonderful panoramic ocean views; and the breakfast options are generous and fine quality. Sammy's restaurant a short walk away on the beachfront is a great, nearby dinner option too. We enjoyed the warm welcome and hospitable staff, even when we locked ourselves out at 11:00pm and had to wake staff to let us into our room! All in all a great B&B. We would stay again and recommend it to others.Peter - United States (September, 2017)
I loved Dingle and I loved Inch Beach House. We also did not have rooms with views but as another reviewer mentioned the living room area and breakfast room had stunning views. The staff were friendly and helpful, the accommodations were clean, the breakfast was lovely. Absolutely great!Denise - United States (August, 2017)
Excellent location, service and kindness...Thierry Gervais - France (July, 2017)
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Inch Beach House. It was the perfect place to stay when visiting the Dingle Peninsula!!! Mark and Iris were wonderful hosts! Our rooms were lovely and very clean. We did not stay in a room with a view, but really did not need to, as we enjoyed sitting in the lovely living room area with an exceptional view of the beach and sea!!! Sammy's was a close walk and we enjoyed having drinks and dinner there. The daily breakfast that they served was wonderful!Melinda Kraky - United States (July, 2017)

We have stayed at the Inch Beach B & B several times and find it a haven away from everyday life. It is located on Inch Beach and it is one of my favorite places to walk. Iris and Sammy are personable and very hospitable. Breakfast overlooks the Inch Beach and the Atlantic Ocean...amazing!!! The one downside would be the internet connection which was limited and some guests were frustrated by this. It did not bother us however. Highly recommended for location, scenery, and welcoming nature.Mary Hall - United States (May, 2015)
hadn't planned on doing a review until i read the previous posting. my wife, daughter and i stayed for 2 nights in june and are planning our 2015 trip. we had such a wonderful time here that we're going to stay 3 nights next year. when we walked in the door this year i thought that we were mistaken about the price and it was going to be more as the facilities are very elegant. i was wrong. it was 35 euro per night per person as quoted. quite a bargain. it is on the beach as far as i'm concerned. about a 5 minute walk. and the beach views from the house are phenomenal! sammy also has the restaurant and store on the beach. food in the restaurant is very good and the breakfast at the guest house is great! the wifi didn't work well but through no fault of the hotel. we had a hotspot from hertz and it didn't work either. big deal! dingle is just a short drive as is slea head and the other antiquities. come back from dingle via conor pass! very cool! can't wait to get back! tour the peninsula part of the day and spend the rest at the beach! thanks for a wonderful time!Gordon And Rosemary Kniffin, New Braunfels, Texas - United States (September, 2014)
This slightly out of the way location was nice, but not our typical Irish B & B experience. If you are looking for a small hotel experience with a polite staff, this is the place for you. If you are looking for an Irish personal experience with your host or hostess, you might want to book somewhere else. Also, I guess I thought this was on the beach, the location is basically on a hill, overlooking Inch Beach and the ocean. You can walk, but there are no sidewalks and it is a bit treacherous walking on the curvy roads you must share with cars. I give the owner five stars for email communication, but only gave three stars for overall communication because the staff on site didn't really talk to you and when you did have questions, were not knowledgeable. Also, if you are relying on internet to check emails, etc., this hotel had spotty coverage at best. We had no internet in our room and had to physically sit by the router to get marginal wireless. Many times were were able to read messages but unable to send them. We stayed at three B&B's while in Ireland and this was our least favorite and most expensive. I gave a two star rating for price because this was our most expensive B&B and the cost was just not comparable to our other B&B's. The rate was slightly less than a hotel we stayed at in Malahide with significantly less amenities at Inch Beach. Again, this is a very nice small hotel experience if you want to be close to Inch Beach. This is not the quaint B&B experience we had at other Irish B&B's that we stayed at during our two week vacation.Anne Wood - United States (August, 2014)

Great place to stay along the Dingle peninsula - short drive to Dingle, and a beautiful place to stay in its own right.Christian Charles - United States (June, 2014)
We had a lovely stay at Inch Beach Guesthouse.More windows in our room would have been nice, but we spent so little time in our room, it really didn't matter. Our hosts couldn't have been nicer. The restaurant on the beach had delicious meals and the pub down the road was great. We look forward to coming back.Debbie Kline - Canada (June, 2014)

Definately one of the nicest B & B's we have ever stayed in.Perfectly clean and comfortable and the view from our room was spectacular. Breakfast was delicious and catered perfectly for our needs. We were on our honeymoon and when I rang and asked Iris could she have a bunch of white lillies in our room as a surprise for my wife as they are her favourite flowers, she didn't hesitate in helping me out. Not alone were the flowers there on our arrival but she also had a selection of chocolates laid on aswel. We really couldn't recommend this B & B highly enough.Danny Corbett - Ireland (August, 2013)
Our stay was very short but we liked it very much the situation is awesome. realiy beautiful place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Ana Serrano - Spain (July, 2013)
It was like staying in a nice hotel instead of a B & B. We met many of the guests when we were all hanging out in the living room trying to get the wireless internet to work. That could be improved. It's odd that a place with spectacular views from the main floor doesn't have windows in the rooms that look out over the beach just dormers. Good breakfast, very clean room, good bed. ...but the host was nowhere to be found. Not a B & B feeling. But that was okay as the place was new and the location was spectacular.Kimberly Jaton - United States (May, 2013)
My wife and I had the opportunity to stay at one of the cottages several years ago for two months.W an expierence for may wife and our family. We actually didn't have a want or need during our entire stay. Iris and Mamood and family were most accommodating. They made us feel most welcome and at home.....A beautiful expierence. On we will love and cherish for years to come. Thank you once again. The Garsed Family...... Craig,BonnieGarsed - United States (April, 2013)
