Our stay at Cornerstones was lovely. The room was spacious and clean. The en-suite was clean and the water was hot. The view was magnificent and staff were lovely and friendly. What really made it stand out was the delicious breakfasts. They were prefect, healthy and beautiful. I enjoyed every bite. I also have to explain that they also provided helpful advice, guides maps and books that made it easy to enjoy every moment. I can't image a better base for exploring Connemara.Graham And Marion - United Kingdom (August, 2015)

I would recommend this B&B highly. The accommodation was to a high standard. The breakfast was excellent. The owners were very friendly and offered us tea and cake on arrival. If I was in that area again would definitely stay there.Kay Walsh - Ireland (July, 2014)
Wonderful warm welcome, great views, and the breakfast was perfect! I would highly recommend this B&B.Mary Oconnor - Ireland (June, 2014)
The b&b with a view to die for - the outlook north over Connemarra NP is stunningly beautiful. The b&b is very comfortable, with friendly but non-intrusive hosts and excellent range of breakfasts as we come to expect in modern-day western Irish tourism. And the local village of Letterfrack is a short drive away for excellent food and drinking places. Do take the morning walk along the local lanes from Cornerstones for an impression of the Connemara countryside - and larks and warblers singing from dawn.Peter Cranston - Australia (June, 2014)
The view from our room at this B&B was the most breathtaking view we had from any place we stayed the rest of our honeymoon. It is tucked away in such a peaceful, picturesque location that made it hard for us to leave our room. The room itself was perfect - comfortable bed and en suite facilities. The breakfast was delicious. Our hostess also recommend we visit Sky Road while we were in town. Fantastic suggestion! It was incredible. I had been explaining to my husband how beautiful Ireland is and this B&B and Sky Road were excellent proof of that. When we manage to get back to Ireland we will definitely look into staying here again. Thank you for everything!Amanda Monahan - United States (November, 2013)

Very nice location. Accomodation and service were perfect.Paola Torricelli - Italy (September, 2013)
We had a delightful two night stay at Cornerstones in July. Eithna and Sean are lovely helpful hosts and Eithna is a fabulous cook, making delicious breakfasts and homemade jams. We can highly recommend Cornerstones for those people wanting to stay somewhere in the countryside of Connemara. A great base for exploring the area, hiking, fishing or just relaxing. The rooms in the bright new roof space are clean and spacious and they have plenty of local information to give us on sights and restaurants.Kate Crock - Australia (August, 2013)
On a 2 week tour through Ireland we stayed at 7 different places. Cornerstones was one of them and won by far. And definitely not because the others were not good. Warm welcome, lovely view from a equally lovely room. Within short driving distance from several interesting places. Walking options vary from 'walk out de frontgate' to a 15--20 minute drive to the starting point of yet another beautiful walk through the Connemara landscape. The breakfast menu offers a wide variety, ideal when you're not into 'the full Irish grill' everyday Eithna gave us great advice on what to do and where to go.Joris Bosboom - Netherlands (July, 2013)
A beautiful house in a gorgeous location, the room was spotlessly clean and had everything that we could have possibly needed even a box of toys for our little girl to play with. Breakfast was superb and the proprietors friendly, engaging and full of helpful advice of where to eat and what to visit! A wonderful B&B would recommend it to anyone!Caroline Hoag - United States (July, 2013)
Excellent B&B, well situated near the Connemara National park entrance 10 minutes drive. The room was perfect, clean and large. The breakfast was good with waffles and berries. We also had a welcoming tea with banana cake which was delicious.Duval - France (June, 2013)
This is a lovely B&B located in the countryside only a few minutes drive from Clifden. The room had a great view of the hills and lake in the distance. The hostess was very helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.Dee K. - United States (June, 2013)
I can strongly recommend this B&B. I stayed there twice and it was always wonderful: the rooms clean, the breakfast superb, the view fantastic, and the national park next door.D.e. B. - Germany (October, 2012)
