This was my second stay at Evergreen. It's well situated for the airport DUB. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, well appointed and spotless. We loved everything about the Evergreen. The hosts were super friendly, and very accommodating they even served us an earlier breakfast than usual, as we had an early flight out. They gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant in Swords for dinner. The Evergreen is very clean and well furnished. Thank you very much Mary for affording us the opportunity to have stayed at your wonderful home called Evergreen B&B. We stayed here for 1 night before our flight back home early the next morning It is a12 mins drive to Dublin Airport. Firstly, our hosts, Mary and Jimmy, welcomed us before the official check-in time and let us deposit our luggage while on our way to to Newgrange. Our rooms were ready early. Secondly, the accommodations themselves were spectacular: each room of the house was tastefully decorated and well appointed and very clean. The water pressure in the shower was the best we had in Ireland. The Wi-fi was fantastic along with the numerous cable/satellite channels in Hi-Def. Mary even let us print our boarding passes on their local printer. Their breakfast was amazing. We would definitely stay again at this wonderful property, but this time for much longer. Beautiful stay in Swords with Mary and Jimmy! So kind, helpful and accomodating. Rooms are big, clean and warm. Breakfast is delicious. The price is more expensive than other B&B, but guests have a great service. It's a friendly stay, not so far from Dublin and the airport. One of the best B&B's we've ever stayed at. Mary and Jimmy are the best hosts you can find. Rooms are very nicely appointed. Big and comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and comfortable. Jimmy's Irish breakfast is amazing, and Mary will give you all the information you need to get around Dublin and Ireland in general. The place is conveniently located near the airport, but far from the noise and hustle. We have a daughter with disabilities and they made all the efforts to accommodate her. This was the perfect place to stay before our flight out of dublin the next morning. Although we didn't get to spend as much time there we would have liked, Mary was very welcoming and understanding of our early departure the next day. Mary gave great food recommendations for a nice relaxing night out to dinner. Also, with an early flight departure before the scheduled breakfast time, Mary had scones, fruit, and juice packed up and ready for us to grab and go to the airport. This was very much appreciated. Unser Urlaub war ein Volltreffer. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, mitten in der Natur darum ist ein Auto von Vorteil. Der Knaller waren die Vermieter. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit. We loved every minute we spent at Evergreen. The "lodge" as Mary calls it was very clean, spacious and full of light. Arrived at 9.00am and was given a warm welcome and a great breakfast. OH MY GOODNESS!!!! This place is GREAT! Wow, what a great couple. We came in a little late. They had everything ready for us. AND knowing we had 4 adults and 4 kids 11 - 15 they had one of our rooms changed to their cottage. This cottage is amazing !!!!!! We stayed here on our very last night and it was so relaxing and wonderful. I can't say enough good things about Evergreen. The gentleman of the house, taught the kids what I think was hurling. But they have a meadow area connects to the property and a very fun, fetching dog. The boys missed their dogs and this was the highlight for them too. This has got to be the most welcoming, warm and friendly place we have ever stayed at. Mary and Jimmy were just fantastic we couldn't have asked for more. We had such a wonderful stay at Evergreen. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles. The home is beautifully furnished, large rooms and extremely clean. We loved the French doors off the bedroom with a patio table and chairs. So inviting and beautiful. The breakfast was excellent and far more than we could ever eat, however if we wanted more, the hosts would bring more. Location was great. Wish we had more time to stay longer. Next time. Wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend empfangen. Leider blieben wir nur eine Nacht. Für den Abend bekamen wir einen guten Tipp wo wir essen könnten samt Wegbeschreibung. Leider mussten wir extrem früh zum Flughafen. Statt des Frühstücks für das bereits sehr schön eingepackt war, bekamen wir ein vielfältiges Lunchpaket mit. We had a great last night in Ireland at this B&B. Both Jimmy and Mary were so nice, making everything perfect. I told Jimmy that the "directions" to their place were a bit confusing, but we found it nonetheless. Mary showed us how we could park our car in Sword, and take an "express bus" to/from Dublin quickly and easily and inexpensively too. Definitely a place to stay at if you are in that area. Evergreen is a lovely B and B run by 2 very caring and attentive hosts. The breakfast is fantastic and the hosts did everything they could to make us comfortable. The only issues I have a relatively minor. The location is further from town than I expected, definitely more than the 2 kilometres on the signpost and the insulation between rooms is insufficient to block out noise, for example a squeaky bed in the next roomChristopher Groom - Australia (July, 2015)

We stayed in the Evergreen B&B cottage the night before we flew home from Ireland. We left before breakfast, but Mary stocked the fridge with breakfast items and left out fruit, fresh scones and breads for us to enjoy and take with us. The cottage was very comfortable and quiet and Mary's hospitality was much appreciated. We stayed at Evergreen upon out arrival in Ireland from a transatlantic flight. It was an east drive for my first attempt at driving on the opposite side of the road. We were able to check in early, so my parents could nap off the jetlag. The setting and outside entry to our rooms was very pleasant. Breakfast was very flexible with lots of options. A delightful place in the country, but close to Dublin airport. Mary and Jimmy are delightful hosts. They went out of their way to help us. We stayed twice, both going to and coming from the airport. Each room was lovely with a private entrance onto a small garden with a field beyond. Breakfasts were made to order and included delicious flavored honeys and preserves. I wrote a review and it got lost in the computer. I don't think that it was sent. I made a reservation for 2 couples. I called my travel agent and she told me that they don't accept vouchers. She got in touch with the Evergreen and explained that she wanted to cancel our reservation. She assumed that all was taken care of. When I got home there was a message on my home telephone asking what time we would be arriving. I called my travel agent and she got in touch with Ireland to tell them about the call. I stayed four nights at Evergreen and my original intention was to explore the city of Dublin. When Mary recommended me to visit some places outside the town Malahide Castle and Howth I changed my plans a bit to do so. And I did not regret it. Especially the coastal landscape made me remember why I fell in love with Ireland. Mary and Jimmy could give you information on eveything you needed, may it be a good place for dinner in the town or the best route when you want to go for a walk in the evening. They were always helpful and they even let me one of their maps when I left to go on to Wexford. The breakfast - what can you say - it's great! Definitively the best Full Irish Breakfast I had in all of my accomodations. Finally, the location is brilliant. Very quiet, although close to Dublin Airport. I can say that, if I ever return to the area what I certainly will, or just need an accomodation near Dublin Airport, I will definitively book at Evergreen again.Benjamin - Germany (August, 2014)

Evergreen Bed and Breakfast is an outstanding experience made so by the beautiful hosts Jimmy and Mary. They go out of their way to help you and are the most friendly couple you could imagine. The breakfasts are wonderful and the rooms and the home are clean, tidy and well organised. If you have a problem Jim and Mary can not do enough to help you. Mary and Jimmy were terrific. We stayed our first and last nights in Ireland because the airport is so close. On our day of arrival we stopped to drop our bags off and even though we weren't staying until that night Mary made us Coffee, Tea, Toast, & homemade Scones. Then she gave us directions for free parking near the bus stop because I didn't want to drive in Dublin on my first day. Then when we left I forgot my passport and my US cash and the pounds we brought. I called Mary from Waterford and she express mailed them to our next stop. You couldn't ask for more. Our last day they recommended a nice pub in Swords. The accommodations were terrific as well, very clean and good food. Four of us stayed at Evergreen the night before flying out of Dublin airport and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there--just sorry we couldn't stay longer. The rooms were spacious and beautiful and the breakfast was super. We couldn't have picked a better place. The house and gardens were lovely. The rooms were beautiful and everything was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of biscuits and drinks were provided in each room. The breakfast was delicious and right on time. Our hosts, Mary and Jim, were very friendly and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble.
